WeldConnect Acceptable Use

You are being given access to WeldConnect by your employer or engaging organisation ("your organisation"), which has agreed to the WeldConnect Customer Terms of Use. By continuing you agree that:

1. You will use WeldConnect only for your organisation's welding, fabrication and quality work, and only within the access you have been given.
2. You will keep your password private and will not share your login.
3. You will enter records honestly. Inspection results, test outcomes, qualifications and sign-offs are quality records that other people rely on. Do not record something as done, passed or witnessed unless it was.
4. You will not attempt to view, change or download data belonging to any other organisation, or to bypass any control in the software.
5. You will not upload material that you do not have the right to upload, or that is unlawful.
6. Compliance indicators, checks and defaults in WeldConnect are aids. They do not replace the applicable standard, your organisation's procedures, or the judgement of qualified personnel.
7. Your organisation's administrators can see what you record and can remove your access at any time.
8. Personal information you enter about yourself or others is handled under the WeldConnect Privacy Policy and your organisation's own privacy obligations.

Connect Project Services may suspend access that is used in breach of these terms.
